The apartments have a variety of carpet colors, and window treatments, enabling the new residents to match their furnishing to the exact decor they need. The price of the apartment also includes all utilities, except phone and cable. Cable has free hookup, and a discounted rate for expanded basic cable. A newly renovated Olympic size pool and state of the art fitness room is also included within this establishment.
